Perform pre-services scheduling, registration, and insurance verification for outpatient procedures;
Identify patients and maintain accurate patient information within the EMR;
Collect financial information and process payments including co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance;
Obtain insurance benefits, authorizations, and medical/financial consents; secure required signatures;
Provide information to patients regarding Patient Rights, Privacy, and Advance Care Directives; schedule all outpatient procedures timely per policy
