Perform Pre-Admission and Admission services to all patients in all areas of the hospital;
Identify patient and maintain accurate patient information within the Electronic Medical Record;
Collect Financial information including payment from the patient/guarantor;
Obtain insurance information, benefits and obtain authorizations for services;
Calculate insurance company co-payments, deductibles and collect financial responsibility at time of admission or discharge;
Obtain Medical and Financial Consents and secure signatures on required documents;
Provide information to patients concerning Patient Rights, Privacy and Advance Care Directives
