About the RoleAs Executive Director/Administrator, you lead operations, staff, and strategy to ensure exceptional resident care and business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee operations, staffing, and financial performance
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Build relationships with residents, families, and partners
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Licensed Administrator (if required by jurisdiction)
- 5+ years of leadership experience in senior living or healthcare
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Proven leadership and team-building ability
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
