Universal Health Services - - Responsibilities:
Perform Pre-Admission and Admission services to all patients in all areas of the hospital;
Identify patient and maintain accurate patient information within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR);
Collect Financial information including payment from the patient/guarantor;
Obtain Insurance information, benefits and obtains authorizations for services;
Calculates insurance company co-payments, deductibles and collects financial responsibility due from patients at the time of admission or discharge
