HR​/ Payroll Assistant (Temp to Hire Position

We're looking for a detail-oriented HR/Payroll Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is a great fit for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys supporting employees and keeping HR/Payroll operations running smoothly.

• Serve as a front-line resource for HR department calls and employee questions on payroll, benefits (401k, HSA), and time off
• Manage records in ADP and Leave Management systems, including data entry and updates to employee information
• Handle employment verifications, tax form changes, and general HR paperwork
• Support benefits administration, attendance tracking, and accrual balance inquiries
• Assist with insurance claims resolution, liaising with insurance agents as needed
• Coordinate employee rewards, events, and supply orders for the HR/Payroll team
• Manage employee badges and process temp agency hours
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and document printing

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR/Payroll experience
• 2+ years of office experience
• HR/ADP payroll experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and email)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• A self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach
