Registered Nurse; RN-Denison

Hiring for various positions and shifts:

ORTHO / SURGICAL / TRAUMA UNIT/ PRN, Critical Care/Step-Down, Clinical Observation, ED Holds, Internal Medicine/Renal Unit, Oncology/Palliative Care, ER, OR, Behavioral Health, PCardiac, CVICU, Pulmonary :
Ambulatory Surgery Center, L and D, NEURO/Trauma, MICU, First Assist, Acute Physical Rehabilitation, Seasonal / Temp

• A current Texas nursing license or compact is required upon hire.
• AHA BLS required on hire. ACLS and PALS required within 6 months.
• One year full time or three years part-time experience in acute care setting preferred.
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
• Must be able to identify and competently address needs of populations served.

General office procedures

Must be able to perform courteously and professionally in all interactions

• Works in a well-lighted, OSHA Standard environment
• May be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases
• May be in contact with patients under a wide variety of circumstances
• Occasionally subject to irregular hours
  
  May be required to wear personal protective equipment as necessary

• Must be ableto handle emergency or crisis situation
• Must be able to see with corrective eye wear
• Must be able to hear clearly with assistance
