Position: CLINICAL SUPERVISOR (RN) - CARDIAC

Responsibilities

This is a night shift, nursing leadership opening. The position is full‑time with flexible scheduling, full benefits, and requires professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The role focuses on providing safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies, standards, and the Patient‑Centered Care principles of Texoma Medical Center.

Qualifications
  • Current Texas nursing license or compact license
  • One year full‑time experience in an acute care setting
  • RQI BLS and ACLS required
  • Complete BLS (Basic Life Support) healthcare provider course and other required Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) courses before clinical work; these will be provided during orientation
  • Must successfully pass all pre‑employment assessments required by the facility
  • Must be able to identify and competently address the needs of the populations served
