Urgent Care Physician Assistant Position Convenient to Dallas Metroplex

We are seeking full‑time Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join Texoma Medical Center’s Urgent Care team in Denison, Texas and Durant, Oklahoma.

This role offers a predictable 4‑day work week and high‑acuity clinical exposure
, allowing you to practice a broad scope of urgent care medicine while working within a supportive and efficient care environment.

  Four 10‑hour shifts per week
• Call: No call required
• Patient Volume: Approximately 45 patients per day per center
• Location: Denison, TX and Durant, OK (rotation between sites)
• Practice Setting: Urgent Care centers (open 7 days per week)
• Support / Care Team: Collaborative team of providers and clinical support staff
• EMR / Technology: Modern urgent care EMR system

• Provide urgent care services for patients of all ages in a fast‑paced clinical environment
• Perform typical urgent care procedures including suturing, splinting, and minor procedures
• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and injuries
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff
• Manage day‑to‑day patient care responsibilities
• Document care using EMR system

• Salary: $130,000 + incentives/bonuses

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active or eligible Texas and/or Oklahoma license
• Minimum of 2 years of urgent care, emergency medicine, or related experience preferred
• Comfortable with common urgent care procedures
• Emergency Room experience preferred but not required
