Texoma Medical Center, a 414‑bed acute care facility has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. • Education per RN licensure requirement; BSN preferred
• Two years of acute care specialty nursing experience; one year of charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred; must maintain all clinical competencies for area of supervision
• Current RN licensure in the State of Texas or compact; BLS and ACLS Healthcare Provider courses required, as well as all required Emergency Cardiovascular Care courses to be completed prior to clinical work; national certification in area of supervision preferred (e.g., CCRN, PCCN)
• Clinically competent in area of population served; demonstrate knowledge and ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel; possess excellent communication skills, team leadership, problem‑solving, critical thinking, and basic computer application skills
