Responsibilities

Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Lead and support the healthcare team. Deliver Patient Centered Care, uphold Service Excellence standards, and follow Standards of Practice set by professional nursing associations.

• Current Texas nursing license or compact upon hire.
• BSN preferred.
• RQI BLS, ACLS and PALS required.
• Completed BLS and all required ECC courses prior to clinical placement.
• One year full‑time experience in an acute care setting.
• Successfully pass any pre‑employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
• Ability to identify and address the needs of the populations served.
