Texoma Medical Center is a 414-bed acute care facility located in Denison, Texas, approximately one hour north of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex and just south of the Texas/Oklahoma border. More than 3,500 employees, 400 multi-specialty physicians, and over 100 volunteers have helped to support the hospital in delivering quality, patient-focused care to the Texoma region for over 50 years.
Position Summary:
Responsible for supervision and coordination of a broad spectrum of day-to-day clinic operations, provides supervision of assigned practice(s) in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Practices effective cost control measures through economic utilization of staff, materials, and equipment. Oversees supply inventory, ordering, and maintaining PAR levels that demonstrate fiscal responsibility. Demonstrates Service Excellence and always conveys professionalism and strong motivation to achieve optimum results.

Independence Physician Management (IPM), a subsidiary of UHS, was formed in 2012 as the physician services unit of UHS. IPM develops and manages multi-specialty physician networks and urgent care clinics that align with UHS acute care facilities. It also provides select services for the Behavioral Health division of UHS. Through continuing growth, IPM operates in 12 markets across six states and the District of Columbia.

Qualifications
Education:
Associate's Degree with two (2) years of supervisory experience required. Bachelor's Degree lieu of a degree, 3-5 years of healthcare experience with at least two (2) years in a supervisor capacity.
Work experience:
Minimum two (2) years of healthcare supervisory experience.
Knowledge:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, EMR systems, medical and billing terminology, healthcare/hospital office settings, service excellence, and revenue cycle operations.…
