Responsibilities

Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
Document relevant patient assessment, evaluation, and change of condition using EMR in line with nursing practices.
Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assign duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by CNA staff to maintain the highest practical well-being for patients.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
Valid LVN/LPN – Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License.
