Case Manager; Rn

Texoma Medical Center is a 414‑bed acute care facility serving the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma.

Under the direction of the Director of Case Management, this position collaborates with patients, their families, physicians, and other health‑care professionals to design, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care, ensuring high‑quality, cost‑effective patient care.

• Education: RN licensure required;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience: At least 3 years of clinical and/or case management/utilization management experience, preferably in a high‑volume acute‑care hospital.
• Licenses: Valid, current RN state license or compact.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills; strong critical thinking and problem‑resolution abilities; effective communication with community stakeholders.
