Responsibilities
This is a full‑time 16‑week seasonal assignment at Texoma Medical Center, a 414‑bed acute care facility in Denison, Texas. The basic purpose of nursing is to provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Nursing will also provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient‑Centered Care will guide all nursing care.
Nursing professionals must continually demonstrate Service Excellence standards and adhere to the Standards of Practice set forth by professional nursing associations.

- Current Texas nursing license or compact license.
- One year full‑time experience in an acute care setting.
- RQI BLS and ACLS required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider course according to RQI program guidelines and all required Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) Healthcare Provider courses will be provided during new hire orientation or upon transfer and must be completed prior to working in a clinical setting. - Must successfully pass any pre‑employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
- Must be able to identify and competently address the needs of the populations served.
