• Education:
  
  RN licensure required; MSN preferred; BSN within three years of hire.
• Minimum of two years acute‑care nursing experience.
• Current Texas nursing license or compact; BLS and ACLS required (ECC courses provided during orientation). National certification preferred.
• Clinically competent in the population served; excellent communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Basic computer application skills.
