Responsibilities

Fourth‑semester nursing students, new graduates, and RNs with less than one year of experience are invited to apply. Applicants must apply to this posting to be considered for interview. Texoma Medical Center is a 414‑bed acute‑care facility located in Denison, Texas. The role focuses on delivering safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Nurses provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, promote patient‑centered care, and adhere to professional nursing practice standards.
In addition to clinical duties, nurses are expected to demonstrate Service Excellence at all times and follow the Standards of Practice set forth by professional nursing associations.

- RQI BLS required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider course per RQI guidelines; all required ECC courses provided during orientation and must be completed prior to clinical work

- Ability to identify and address the needs of the populations served
