Responsibilities

Full-time Registered Nurse opportunity offering full benefits, flexible schedule, and potential overtime and varied shift coverage.

Texoma Medical Center, a 414‑bed acute care facility, serves North Texas and Southern Oklahoma. The main campus in Denison, Texas, and additional regional locations provide advanced specialty services including open heart surgery, neurosurgery, and certified trauma care.

The core nursing role is to deliver safe and competent care for patients in line with facility policies and standards. Supervisors will provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, following Patient‑Centered Care principles and professional nursing association Standards of Practice.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Requirements:

• Current Texas nursing license or compact license.
• One year full‑time experience in an acute care setting.
• RQI BLS, ACLS required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider course and all required Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) Healthcare Provider courses will be provided during orientation or upon transfer and must be completed prior to clinical work. See additional proficiency requirements above.
• Must successfully pass any pre‑employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
• Must be able to identify and competently address needs of populations served.
