Responsibilities

• Serve as a PRN operating room circulator, providing safe and competent nursing care to patients in accordance with facility policies and standards.
• Support the healthcare team by offering professional leadership and ensuring coordination of patient care activities.
• Apply Patient‑Centered Care principles and demonstrate Service Excellence at all times.
• Adhere to the Standards of Practice established by the professional nursing associations for competent, safe, and professional practice.

• Current Texas nursing license or compact license.
• One year full‑time experience in an acute OR setting required.
• RQI BLS, ACLS and PALS required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider course and all required Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) Healthcare Provider courses must be completed.
• Pass any pre‑employment assessment required by the facility.
• Ability to identify and competently address the needs of the populations served.
