Position Overview

This is a full‑time Registered Nurse position offering full benefits and opportunities for overtime with a variety of shifts.

The basic purpose of nursing is to provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Nursing also provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, employs Patient‑Centered Care principles, demonstrates Service Excellence standards, and follows the Standards of Practice set forth by professional nursing associations to ensure competent, safe, and professional practice.

• Current Texas nursing license or compact license
• Two years experience in acute care specialty nursing
• One year charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred; must maintain all clinical competencies for area of supervision
• AHA BLS required at hire; ACLS required within 6 months of hire
• Must successfully pass any pre‑employment assessment(s) required by the facility
• Must be able to identify and competently address needs of populations served
