Texoma Medical Center (TMC) is a 414‑bed acute care hospital located in Denison, Texas. Since 1965, TMC has provided quality health care to residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma, offering specialty services such as open heart surgery, neurosurgery, and certified trauma care. • Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Apply Patient‑Centered Care principles as the foundation for all nursing care provided.
• Adhere to Service Excellence standards and nursing association Standards of Practice at all times.

• Current Texas nursing license or a valid compact license.
• One year of full‑time experience in an acute care setting.
• RQI BLS and ACLS certification required; additional ECC courses will be provided during orientation.
• Must successfully pass required pre‑employment assessments.
• Ability to competently address the needs of the populations served.
