Responsibilities

This opportunity is a full time 16-week Seasonal Assignment.

Texoma Medical Center is a 414-bed acute care facility located in Denison, Texas, serving residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma. The role involves providing safe, competent nursing care for patients, supporting a multidisciplinary healthcare team, and upholding the Principles of Patient Centered Care and Service Excellence.

• Current Texas nursing license or compact license.
• One year full time experience in an acute care ED setting.
• RQI BLS, ACLS and PALS required; TNCC within 12 months. BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider course according to RQI program guidelines and all required Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) Healthcare Provider courses will be provided during new hire orientation.
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
• Must be able to identify and competently address needs of populations served.
