Responsibilities
Texoma Medical Center is a 414‑bed acute care facility serving North Texas and Southern Oklahoma. The RN’s primary responsibilities include providing safe, competent nursing care under facility policies, leading and supporting the healthcare team, promoting patient‑centered care, and performing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). The RN will serve as a caregiver, decision‑maker, client advocate, manager, rehabilitator, comforter, communicator, and teacher for patients in the Wound Care Center.

- Two years RN experience required; previous experience in Med/Surg, home health or wound care preferred.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas or compact. AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider course must be completed during new hire orientation.
- Must identify and competently address needs of the populations served. Strong interpersonal skills required; able to interact positively with patients, visitors, staff, and physicians. Good time management and critical thinking skills required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, web‑based databases, and the Intranet.
