Geotex Engineering is looking for a full‑time experienced or entry level Construction Materials Engineering Testing (CMT) Lab Technician for our office in Denison office. CMT Lab Technicians perform a variety of tests on construction and subsurface materials including soils, fine and course aggregate, and concrete.
Responsibilities and Duties:- Run tests on construction materials such as soils, fine and course aggregate, and concrete
- Record data and their findings legibly
- Work in a clean and efficient manner
- Communicate professionally with supervisor and co‑workers
- Ability to withstand moderate physical activity (standing, lifting, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.)
- Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Punctuality a must
