Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
- Install conduit, wire, panels, lighting, and electrical equipment
- Ensure all work complies with NEC and local codes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members
- Represent Pro Vision Electric in a professional manner
- Occasional travel to job sites within North Texas and participation in on-call or after-hours work may be required based on project needs.
- Current Texas Journeyman Electrician License
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Drug‑free and committed to workplace safety
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pride in producing clean, high-quality workmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various weather conditions
