CDL Driver Mentor

We are looking for a CDL DRIVER MENTOR to join our team in Denison, TX
. As a CDL Driver Mentor with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will be responsible for training drivers in the safe and efficient operation of ready‑mix trucks while performing deliveries to residential and industrial job sites. Duties include coordinating with Dispatch and Batch Plant Supervisors, maintaining equipment cleanliness and minor maintenance, supporting safe batch plant operations, and ensuring strict safety procedures are followed when backing and working alongside Material Spotters/Dump Men.

When not mentoring another driver, the mentor will work as a Ready‑Mix Driver.

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Have good interpersonal and relationship skills.

• Have a basic understanding of quality control.
• Willing to follow company policies and procedures.
• Have thorough operational knowledge and skills of mixer truck and related equipment to be operated.

• Use the radio system and truck tracking system correctly and efficiently.

We Require:

• The Driver Mentor must have a minimum of 5 years of Ready‑Mix Driving Experience.
• The driver must possess a valid state commercial driver's license (CDL) – Class A or
  
  B.
