• Perform a comprehensive Physical Therapy assessment of patients referred for service, including physiological, psychosocial, environmental factors, and health history.

• Bachelor of Science or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current PT license in Massachusetts with at least one year of clinical experience and CPR certification.
• BLS certification (copy needed).
• Experience:
  
  1 year in rehabilitation.
• Computer skills preferred.
• SSN and DOB required.
• Work history should not contain more than 30 days of gap.
