- Perform a comprehensive Physical Therapy assessment of patients referred for service, including physiological, psychosocial, environmental factors, and health history.
- Bachelor of Science or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Current PT license in Massachusetts with at least one year of clinical experience and CPR certification.
- BLS certification (copy needed).
- Experience:
1 year in rehabilitation. - Computer skills preferred.
- SSN and DOB required.
- Work history should not contain more than 30 days of gap.
