Overview
Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in South Dennis, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities- Deliver healthcare in patients’ residences as a home health nurse (RN HH), providing one-on-one care.
- Assess patients' conditions and determine individualized care plans.
- Chart observations, administer medications and dress wounds.
- Educate patients and their families about care and coordinate with other medical professionals involved in patients' care plans.
- Care for elderly, critically ill, disabled patients or those recovering from surgery, injury, or accident.
Note:
hospice care for terminally ill patients if applicable.
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in Home Health or related specialty
