As a Registered Nurse, you will conduct assessments and screenings for Home Care, CAE, and all other agency programs; have consults with agency staff as necessary and develop care plans as needed.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9–5, 34 hours worked/week plus an unpaid one hour lunch each day.
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to communicate and work with the elderly and community resources serving the elderly population
- Ability to work independently and professionally
- Valid MA driver’s license and car
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
- Valid RN License
- Minimum of one-year clinical experience in community health and/or long-term care
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds
- Travel required on a regular basis throughout services area including the Islands; occasional off-cape travel
