Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will conduct assessments and screenings for Home Care, CAE, and all other agency programs; have consults with agency staff as necessary and develop care plans as needed.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9–5, 34 hours worked/week plus an unpaid one hour lunch each day.

Qualifications
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to communicate and work with the elderly and community resources serving the elderly population
  • Ability to work independently and professionally
  • Valid MA driver’s license and car
  • Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Valid RN License
  • Minimum of one-year clinical experience in community health and/or long-term care
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift to 15 pounds
  • Travel required on a regular basis throughout services area including the Islands; occasional off-cape travel
