We are a Holding Company for a Talent Development and Placement Business Ecosystem. Our areas of focus include hospitality education and training, overseas career placement, work certification, and language development. Our journey began in 2008 with the establishment of Mediterranean Bali Bangli, a hospitality college in Bangli. This was followed by the opening of Mediterranean Bali Karangasem in 2009, Mediterranean Bali Denpasar in 2012, and Mediterranean Bali Singaraja in 2014.
In 2015, we launched LSP Pariwisata Bali, a tourism professional board, and in 2018, we introduced E-Work Indonesia, a language development course. Our overseas crewing agency, PT Las Olas Indonesia, was established shortly after, and our latest addition is Mediterranean Bali Ubud, inaugurated in 2023. This long journey underscores our unwavering commitment to delivering quality processes and outputs to our customers and stakeholders.
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely and professional follow-up
- Support project coordination, tracking progress, and preparing key reports to ensure timely execution
- Bachelor’s/Diploma (S1/D4) in Business Administration, Management
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written) and tech-savvy
- Excellent in task planning, time management, and critical thinking
- Passionate about marketing, with strong curiosity and willingness to explore issues and trends
- Skilled in managing social media presence and digital communication
- Communicative, adaptable, and capable of explaining ideas across business units effectively
