Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan membersihkan ruang kerja, toilet, pantry, serta area tamu. Pengalaman di OB/ housekeeping menjadi nilai tambah; bersedia tinggal di mess kantor dan bisa menyetir motor dengan SIM.
