Quantity Surveyor and Procurement Administrator
Quantity Surveyor Administrator is responsible for providing administrative, documentation, and coordination support to the Quantity Surveying team across project, tender, contract, payment, and reporting activities. This role helps ensure that QS records, BOQs, contracts, quotations, invoices, payment documents, and project reports are properly maintained, updated, and accessible. The position supports smooth department operations by keeping documentation accurate, organized, and aligned with project and commercial requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate QS documentation, records, filing systems, and project-related administrative data to support efficient department operations.
Assist in preparing QS reports, payment documentation, cost summaries, progress updates, and other administrative requirements.
Support tender, quotation, BOQ, and contract administration by compiling, organizing, and updating relevant documents.
Coordinate the filing and tracking of contracts, purchase records, quotations, invoices, payment certificates, and supporting documents.
Assist the QS team with data entry, spreadsheet updates, document control, report formatting, and routine project administration.
Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to collect required documents and ensure timely administrative follow-up.
Qualifications & RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably within construction, project, QS, or commercial environments.
Familiarity with construction documentation, BOQs, contracts, quotations, invoices, or payment records is an advantage.
Strong filing, documentation, reporting, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic document management tools.
Detail-oriented, structured, reliable, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks accurately.
