Sales Manager

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to grow our business. • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Manage, lead, and motivate the sales team to deliver optimal performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the client network.
• Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis of the sales team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional and sales strategies.
• Handle negotiations with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for the sales team.

• Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Management, Business, or Marketing.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in the F&B or Ho Re Ca  industry is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong networking skills and solid understanding of the market.
