The RoleWe’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing & Client Representatives who enjoys working with people and keeping things organized. In this hybrid role, you’ll be the go‑to person for our clients, helping us find new business and making sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll connect our clients’ needs with our technical team’s expertise, making sure everyone is happy at every stage.
WhatYou’ll Do Client Acquisition & Management
- Seek out new business opportunities by networking, responding to inquiries, and reaching out to potential clients.
- Be the first friendly face for new clients, understanding what they need and how we can help.
- Put together proposals, quotes, and service agreements for software and hardware projects.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process so they feel comfortable and confident as we start working together.
- Act as the main link between our clients and internal teams, making sure everyone is on the same page.
- Work with clients and senior management to define what each project will look like and what success means.
- Keep track of project progress, timelines, and budgets, and share updates with everyone involved.
- Coordinate our resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Handle the paperwork—documentation, invoicing, and reporting—to keep things running smoothly.
- Spot any changes or risks in projects early and come up with solutions to keep things on track.
- At least 1 year of experience in client management, sales, or project coordination, ideally in IT.
- Great communication skills, explain technical stuff in a way anyone can understand.
- Top‑notch organizational and time‑management skills, handle multiple tasks without missing a beat.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a love for building relationships and growing the business.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Some knowledge of how software development or IT hardware procurement works; SMA/SMK graduates are welcome.
- Experience with CRM tools (like Hub Spot) and project management platforms (like Jira, Asana, Trello).
