As a Junior Finance/Accounting Staff, your primary responsibilities are to assist in managing the accounting and financial activities of the company. You will work with the Finance Team and report directly to the Assistant Financial Controller.

• Cash Management :
  Assisting the Assistant Finance Controller in managing the company's cash flow, including monitoring, processing, and reporting financial transactions and ensuring sufficient funds are available for the company's operations.
• General Ledger Maintenance :
  Managing and maintaining the company's general ledger, including managing and reconciling key accounts and ensuring the integrity of accounting data.
• Financial Reporting :
  Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the company, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Tax :
  Compiling and presenting tax reporting documents and ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.
• Cash and Bank Management :
  Performing routine bank reconciliations, monitoring the company's cash flow, and managing banking transactions.
• Financial Transaction Processing :
  Processing and recording the company's financial transactions, such as purchases, sales, and expenses, and managing relevant documentation.
• Accounting Administration :
  Managing accounting documents, archiving financial data, and ensuring integrity and confidentiality of accounting information.
• Invoice Processing :
  Processing invoices received from suppliers, verifying the validity and accuracy of invoices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures before making payments.
• Accounts Payable :
  Compiling schedules for accounts payable, ensuring timely payments according to scheduled payment terms, and managing relationships with suppliers.
• Accounts Reconciliation :
  Reconciling the company's accounts payable with suppliers, identifying and resolving differences between internal and supplier records, and ensuring accurate recording of the company's payables.
• Accounts Administration :
  Managing accounts payable documents, archiving invoices and related documents, and maintaining continuity of accounts payable workflow.

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma3 in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduate OR have two years of work experience in accounting or finance.
• Understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and related financial software.
• Detail-oriented and able to work with accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in company policies or regulations.
• Have Tax Brevet Certificate A & B
