Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily finance and accounting operations.
- Lead financial closing and organizational financial reporting.
- Coordinate project and donor financial reporting.
- Manage budgeting, cash flow monitoring, taxation, audits, and subgrant financial processes.
- Supervise the Finance team and ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and donor requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–7 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
- Experience at supervisor level or in leading a finance team.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, closing, budgeting, taxation, and audit.
- Good analytical, organizational, communication, and English-language skills.
- Willing to be based in Denpasar, Bali.
- Previous experience as an auditor at a public accounting firm.
- Experience in a non-profit organization, donor-funded projects, or subgrant management.
