Overview
Our client, a leading hospitality group in Indonesia with multiple established locations, is seeking an experienced Sales & Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy, sales performance, and reservation operations across all properties.
This role will focus on driving booking performance, optimizing pricing strategies, overseeing daily reservation operations, and ensuring strong commercial results while maintaining excellent guest communication and service standards.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, revenue management, or reservations within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in a multi-property hotel, experience with remote properties ideal.
- Strong understanding of:
- a) Revenue management principles.
- b) Pricing and yield strategies
- c) Distribution channels and OTA management
- Hands-on experience with PMS. Channel Managers, and OTAs.
- Experience managing or supervising a reservation or sales team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and trends.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable working with multiple properties and fast-changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel between properties when required.
- Develop and execute revenue strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and total revenue.
- Control pricing, availability, and inventory across all hotels and live aboard cruises operations.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day reservation operations and reservation team.
- Drive sales conversion from direct inquiries, corporate accounts, and travel partners.
- Manage all distribution channels including OTAs, direct booking, and travel agents.
- Ensure rate parity, content accuracy, and channel cost efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze daily pickup reports, forecasts, and revenue performance reports.
- Lead and train the reservation team on systems, sales techniques, and service standards.
- Handle complex, VIP, group, and high-value bookings.
- Develop and implement sales and reservation SOPs, policies, and procedure.
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Front Office, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Support pre-opening revenue and reservation setup for new hotels and live abord cruises.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand shifts across hotel and cruise segments.
- Evaluate industry reports, tourism forecasts, and seasonal patterns to inform forecasting and pricing.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on market intelligence to support revenue and sales planning.
