As Trip Leader / Cruise Director, you are the human bridge between our guests and the extraordinary world of Silolona. You curate not just itineraries, but emotions. You anticipate needs before they are spoken. You move seamlessly between guest host, cultural interpreter, and calm problem‑solver — all while working alongside our captain and crew, not above them.

• Document journey summaries: preferences, stories, moments that matter

You are not a traditional 'tour guide.' You are a storyteller, a cultural bridge, and a guardian of atmosphere. You have likely worked in luxury hospitality, expedition cruising, or high‑end adventure travel. You are fluent in the unspoken. You belong on water.
