Reservation Supervisor​/Senior Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Reservation Supervisor/Senior Supervisor to join our team ialand Berkat Cemerlang' in Denpasar, Bali. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in overseeing the reservation process and ensuring exceptional customer service within our hospitality business.

• Manage and supervise the reservation team to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Coordinate with other departments to optimise the reservation process
• Analyse occupancy data and make recommendations to improve revenue and customer satisfaction
• Assist in developing and implementing reservation policies and procedures
• Provide training and development opportunities for the reservation team
• Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities
• Prepare and present performance reports to management

• Bali resident only
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a reservation or front office supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in using reservation management software and other relevant tools
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and work well under pressure
• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends, regulations and best practices
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
