• Fluency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).

• Excellent guest engagement and complaint handling skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering and other departments.
• Computer literate with knowledge of PMS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of hotel SOPs, service standards and brand expectations.

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in Front Office or Guest Relations within a hotel environment.
• Experience handling Mandarin-speaking guests is essential.
• Pre-opening hotel experience is an advantage.
• Proven experience in delivering high-level guest service and handling complaints effectively.
