Role Description

The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations across Shishi Izakaya Lounge & Nightclub, Malverde Tequileria, and Bali Bulldog, ensuring smooth service and a high-quality guest experience. This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Kuta and includes supervising floor staff, managing shift schedules, and coordinating with the bar, kitchen, and door teams to maintain service standards. The Floor Manager monitors customer satisfaction, resolves guest issues promptly, and enforces health, safety, and company policies.

The role also involves coaching and training team members, supporting promotional events, and working closely with management to achieve revenue and operational targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong customer‑facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate with teams and interact effectively with guests.
  • Proven experience in Operations Management, including shift coordination, floor supervision, and adherence to service standards.
  • Ability to conduct Training, mentor team members, and support continuous performance improvement.
  • Previous experience in nightlife, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environments in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution abilities in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by venue operations.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills and local market knowledge are an advantage.
