- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a villa, hotel, or resort.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of housekeeping, front office, and guest service operations.
- Ability to supervise, train, and motivate team members.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel/property management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and customer-service oriented.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
