We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Villa Butler to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience for guests at our managed villas in Seminyak, Bali. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for guest service and can maintain premium, five-star service standards.

• Welcome and orient guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm five-star check-in experience
• Provide personalized concierge services (restaurant reservations, transportation, activity bookings)
• Prepare and serve breakfast and refreshments according to guest preferences
• Maintain villa cleanliness and presentation in coordination with the housekeeping team
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests throughout their stay
• Coordinate with the property management, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth villa operations
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Record guest preferences and manage villa inventory and supplies
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

• Previous experience in hospitality, villa service, or hotel guest service is an advantage
• Good English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
• Well-groomed, professional appearance with a strong passion for guest service
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Basic understanding of F&B service and housekeeping standards
• Based in Bali or willing to be placed in Seminyak, Bali
