Guest Experience Officer | Zumana | Bali

As a Guest Experience Officer at Zumana, you will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our VIP guests across tables and seating areas. You will provide attentive, personalised service while ensuring every detail of the guest experience is handled with care and professionalism.

This is a guest-facing role for someone who is confident, personable, and passionate about building genuine relationships with guests. Beyond delivering excellent service, you will have the opportunity to develop your own clientele and build lasting guest relationships.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

You will be responsible for providing attentive and personalised service to VIP guests across assigned tables and seating areas. You will welcome guests, anticipate their needs, respond to requests, and ensure that service is delivered smoothly and professionally throughout their visit.

You will build strong relationships with guests by understanding their preferences, providing thoughtful recommendations, and creating a personalised experience that encourages repeat visits. You will also actively develop and maintain a personal clientele list and use your relationships to strengthen guest loyalty.

You will work closely with the wider Front of House, Bar, and Operations teams to ensure seamless coordination during high-volume service periods. You will also ensure that assigned wardrobe and costumes are properly maintained, presented, and managed according to established standards.

During busy periods and special events, you will remain attentive, composed, and proactive while ensuring that VIP guests continue to receive a high level of service and attention.

• Do you have experience in Guest Relations, VIP Service, Host/Hostess, Lounge, Bar, Club, Restaurant, Hotel, or a similar hospitality role?
• Are you confident and comfortable interacting with VIP and high-profile guests?
• Do you have a natural ability to build rapport and develop long-term guest relationships?
• Are you outgoing, personable, and able to make guests feel genuinely welcomed?
• Can you anticipate guest needs and provide personalised service?
• Are you comfortable working in a high-volume and fast-paced environment?
• Do you have strong communication and interpersonal skills?
• Are you commercially minded and interested in developing a personal clientele?
• Do you have excellent grooming, presentation, and attention to detail?
• Are you comfortable working shifts, late nights, weekends, and public holidays?
• Can you communicate professionally in English and Bahasa Indonesia?
