Manage tourist needs and safety during their trip

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth tour arrangements

Handle and resolve any issues or special requests from tourists professionally

Male/Female

Fluent in English. Mandarin, Japanese, or other foreign language skills are a plus

Well-presented, friendly, communicative, and service-oriented

Have extensive knowledge of Bali's tourist destinations, culture, history, and customs

Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays

Willing to travel to Denpasar as a backup team member if domiciled outside Denpasar
