Villa Attendant

The Villa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of villa cleanliness, presentation, guest service, and daily operations. The successful candidate must be a multi-skilled hospitality professional, with experience and understanding of Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and/or Front Office operations.

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the villa

Clean and prepare guest bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, dining areas, and other villa facilities

Prepare bedrooms, beds, linen, towels, amenities, and guest supplies according to luxury standards

Conduct pre-arrival villa preparation and room inspections

Perform daily housekeeping and turndown service

Welcome guests warmly and professionally and provide personalized and attentive service throughout the guest stay

Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance

Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special dining experiences

Prepare and set up dining areas according to luxury service standards

Assist with guest arrivals and departures and support check-in and check-out procedures

Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience

Experience in Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office, Villa Attendant, Butler, or related hospitality roles

Previous experience in a luxury hotel, luxury villa, boutique hotel, resort, or private residence is an advantage

Strong hospitality and guest-service mindset

Good understanding of Housekeeping standards

Basic to good knowledge of F&B service

Detail-oriented and organized

Proactive and able to anticipate guest needs
