Asset Manager | Head Office | Bali

Savaya Group is looking for an Asset Manager to oversee and maintain company assets across our growing hospitality and lifestyle brands. You will work closely with different teams and locations to ensure assets are properly tracked, maintained, and utilized.

This role gives you the opportunity to:

• Manage assets across multiple hospitality and lifestyle locations
• Work closely with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and other internal teams
• Build and maintain accurate asset records and documentation
• Coordinate asset movement, maintenance, repair, and replacement
• Take ownership of asset management processes from tracking through reporting
• Gain hands-on experience in General Affairs and operational management

You will monitor and maintain company assets across different locations, ensuring accurate records, proper allocation, and good asset conditions. You will conduct regular inventory checks, coordinate asset transfers and handovers, and follow up on damaged, missing, or underutilized assets.

You will also coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance, repairs, replacements, and other asset-related needs. Regular reporting and documentation will be an important part of ensuring assets remain properly managed and accounted for.

• Have you worked in Asset Management, General Affairs, Administration, or a similar operational role?
• Are you organized and detail-oriented when managing records and documentation?
• Can you coordinate asset movement, maintenance, and handovers across multiple locations?
• Are you comfortable conducting physical asset checks and inventory?
• Can you communicate effectively with different teams, vendors, and stakeholders?
• Are you comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment?
• Can you manage multiple tasks while keeping track of details and deadlines?
• Can you communicate confidently in both English and Bahasa Indonesia?
