About the Role

As a Lifeguard
, you will be responsible for monitoring pool and water areas, ensuring guest safety, and responding quickly to any potential risks or emergencies. From maintaining constant awareness of the pool area to assisting guests and responding to incidents, your role will be essential in keeping our water facilities safe and welcoming.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work closely with the operations and guest experience teams

• Develop practical knowledge of pool safety and water rescue procedures

• Strengthen your observation, communication, and emergency response skills

• Learn and apply professional safety and hygiene standards

• Gain experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment

You will continuously monitor the pool and surrounding areas to ensure the safety of guests and identify potential hazards. You will enforce pool rules and safety procedures while maintaining a friendly and professional approach when interacting with guests.

You will also respond to emergencies and perform water rescues when required, provide first aid within your level of certification and training, and immediately report accidents, injuries, hazards, or other safety concerns to the appropriate team members.

Throughout the shift, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized pool area and ensure that required safety and rescue equipment is accessible, clean, and ready for use.

Because this role involves responsibility for guest safety, following all safety, emergency, hygiene, and operational procedures will be an essential part of your role.

• Are you confident and comfortable in and around water?

• Are you highly alert and able to maintain focus for extended periods?

• Do you have strong swimming and water-rescue skills?

• Are you trained and certified as a lifeguard or hold the relevant required certification?

• Can you remain calm and respond quickly during emergencies?

• Do you have good communication skills and enjoy assisting guests?

• Are you physically fit and comfortable standing or moving around for extended periods?

• Are you available to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and public holidays?

• Previous experience as a lifeguard or in a pool, resort, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
