Location: Denpasar
KBA DMC is looking for an experienced and passionate Outbound Tour Manager to lead and develop the outbound travel division. The role requires strong knowledge of international destinations, tour operations, ticketing, supplier management, and the ability to develop attractive travel products for both individual and group travellers.
Key responsibilities- Lead and manage the Outbound Tour Department and daily operations.
- Develop and manage international tour packages for FIT, Group, Corporate, and Special Interest Travel.
- Create competitive itineraries, tour programs, and quotations based on market demand.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with overseas DMCs, hotels, airlines, transportation companies, attractions, and other travel partners.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, allocations, and special offers with suppliers.
- Monitor international travel trends and identify new destinations and business opportunities.
- Ensure all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, visas, tours, and other services, are properly coordinated.
- Supervise the reservation, ticketing, quotation, and operational process for outbound bookings.
- Handle group movements and ensure smooth operations from booking until completion of the trip.
- Monitor sales performance, profitability, and operational efficiency of outbound products.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Outbound Tour, Travel Agency, Tour Operation, or a related position.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations, especially popular destinations in Asia, Europe, Australia, Middle East, and other international markets.
- Good understanding of airline ticketing, GDS, international tour operations, visa requirements, and travel documentation.
- Experienced in preparing itineraries, tour costing, quotations, and travel packages.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Target-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Able to lead a team while maintaining high standards of customer service.
