Manager Villa

As Villa Manager, you will be the main person responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation and commercial performance of a high-end private villa located in Seminyak, Bali. You will work closely with the owners and have a high level of autonomy in managing the villa, staff, guests, service providers and booking performance. This is a true management position requiring someone who can take ownership of the property, manage people, solve problems, make decisions independently and constantly look for ways to improve both the guest experience and the property's performance.

• Oversee the overall condition and maintenance of the villa
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, pool staff and other service providers
• Organise and follow up on repairs and maintenance work
• Regularly inspect the property and identify potential issues before they become problems
• Manage inventory, supplies, equipment and operational purchases
• Organise staff schedules and ensure efficient daily operations
• Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests and handle complaints calmly and efficiently
• Monitor reservations and manage the booking calendar
• Analyse competitor pricing and local market trends, and apply dynamic pricing strategies

• Previous experience in villa management, hotels, guest houses, Airbnb properties or hospitality
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A genuine sense of hospitality and customer service
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• The ability to take initiative and make decisions independently
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience managing staff and service providers
• Good knowledge of booking platforms and OTA channels
• Fluenty English
